When I called to complain I was told it won't show up on the computer because it was a "courtesy replacement" and it doesn't show on any service record.Chapter four (today):On the day I bought the car they replaced the battery and fuse box because one of their employees tried to jump start it and accidentally crossed the wires and damaged the internal fuse box.So they installed a new Toyota everstart battery with 84 month warranty...The battery has gone bad in less than a year and a half and can barely start the engine now, I called to schedule an appointment and after waiting on hold for 15 minuets a guy told me that the battery is not under warranty when I said that the sticker on it says "84 month" he couldn't verify that the battery was replaced by them!Eventually he agreed to replace it for free but I'll be paying for an hour to an hour and a half of labor...(buying a new battery and have it replaced at any auto store will cost less...)Now maybe it's my fault, I didn't do enough research before I bought the car or maybe it's bad luck but every time I call this dealership about a problem they will do anything to avoid me or service my car I never knew a Toyota "trusted" dealership can be so nifty! This dealership did nothing but disappoint me from the moment I bought a used highlander from them about 15 month ago...Chapter one:They hid the fact that my SUV is not an all wheel drive.When I found out two days later they said it's normal that some SUV's are only front wheel drive and I should be happy because the gas consumption will be low.Chapter two:A few months after buying the car I found out that they claimed two accidents on the title record so now if I wish to sale it and someone runs the VIN number it will show two accidents on it's record.When I bought it they gave me the car fax sheet (that I still have!)
