Are they destined to find each other again in three different lives, in three different worlds? The rise of the phoenixes- it started beautiful then it gets complicated and the ending sucks. My fave is currently Love O2O. The chemistry between the main couple (Bai feng jiu and Donghua dijun) is SO real, just LOVE it! But here is the catch – by the time the drama was supposed to air, Chinese censorhip decided that time-travel dramas are distorting the Chinese cultural heritage and thus should be completely banned. Will she seek revenge? This drama is just the perfect combination of university life, game-geek environment with reconstructions from the online game and romance. The main character, Fu Yao, evolves from a young and stubborn slave girl to a powerful woman who finds her true strength and courage to make things right in the world. However, bad luck befalls them, so they face many challenges before they find each other again in another lifetime, in another world. It’s a good mystery/cop drama and I loved both leads. BTW, I just finished re-watching the modern dramas based on Gu Man’s 3 novels and fell in love with all of them all over again.
